Meditative art utilizes creative process to improve mental, physical and emotional wellbeing.

Art is therapeutic and can reduce psychological stresses. In this two hour class we will utilize finger painting to unleash creative process and convey your emotions and feeling on the substrate. You will go home feeling rejunavated and also take with you a beautiful piece of artwork 

No experience required. All levels welcome. Supplies included.
