Why I created this painting
 
The inspiration came from a flight over a vast desert landscape. From the aerial view, I could see small pockets of shimmering water catching the sunlight, appearing like scattered jewels across the dry earth. That fleeting moment of contrast between arid land and glistening light stayed with me, and it became the inspiration behind this painting.
